I had an issue with the cooling system adapter on my car last week and called Jo’s Auto Service to see if they could help. Not only was their quote far more competitive than other shops I checked, but they were also able to fit me in at the last minute. When I brought my car in, they quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it clearly, and got straight to work. They had everything fixed within a couple of hours. Johnny was fantastic—super friendly and made sure I understood exactly what was going on with my car.
I recently moved to Mississauga and had a less-than-great experience with another mechanic, so I’m really happy to have found Jo’s Auto Service. Highly recommend them if you’re in the area!

After talking my car to several shops with no success, I found Jo Auto Service through Google and was impressed with all of the positive reviews. Johnny was the only one who not only was able to diagnose the problem with my vehicle but actually took the time to explain it to me in plain language that was easy to understand. Since then, I have trusted only him for all work needed on my car and have also been recommending him to anyone looking for a mechanic in the area.

When I was looking around for an honest, skilled professional to do general repairs and maintenance of my car, I came across Joe via Google reviews.

We needed a thorough and realistic assessment of the repairs needed for our older vehicle. It was over 10 years old, in rough shape and we were not sure if we could get a bit more use of it. Johnny was easy to book an appointment with, very efficient and practical in his approach and assessment. You could tell he knew his stuff as he gave us a few solid options to consider and answered our questions that ranged from keeping and repairing the vehicle to offloading it. When we decided to keep and repair the vehicle, we were very pleased with the quality of the work, Johnny’s work ethic, communication transparency, and attention to details, including the time he took to walk us through what was done and it’s impact on the vehicle. Definitely recommend Johnny and his auto shop to anyone who appreciates and values competence and excellence in a mechanic.

Reliable and trustworthy. They did an amazing job repairing a dent/panel on my car along with painting over the area on my 2022 Elantra. Communication and updates with Johnny was always great. Got the job done at a fair price. Highly recommend and will use them in the future.

I had an issue with my ignition in my Honda Civic. When I called Johnny he knew what the issue was right away, and he had it fixed within 1 day. He was super helpful and friendly. I just moved to the West end of Toronto and he will definitely be getting my business next time I have issues.

This was my first time that I had my car serviced at Jo Auto Service. I had rear breaks done on my Lexus ES350. Great quality, great price and on time. Very friendly and professional shop. Definitely recommend Jo's services!

My key ignition block seized. Couldn't start the car. Called the office and Jo told me to bring it the same day. I got the car next day and the repair fee was fair. They went a little bit over their service (got a new floor mat and 1 additional key for the door) to keep their customers happy. Is a business model that others can take as an example.

I called around to several shops to find someone to fix my car. Most of them were giving me dates to come for a (paid) assessment that were two weeks out. Joseph let me come in the next day , assessed my car (without cost) and had my car fixed within 1.5 hours (including getting the part). My car was not safe to drive and it's our only car so this was much appreciated. Price was fair and everyone was very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend this shop to others!

Just had a service done by Jo Auto and was very happy to have chosen them. They got back to me right away and did a very good job on my car. Johnny and his team were very helpful and, the report was very thorough. Was refreshing to go to a honest place with decent pricing after getting skinned by so many other places overcharging.
